  1. HCM
  2. Cardiac arrest due to VF/VT
  3. Sustained VT causing haemodynamic compromise
  4. Chronic heart failure, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) less than 40% and associated syncopal episodes due to non-sustained VT post-myocardial infarction, non- sustained VT with LVEF less than 40%
  5. Arrythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy causing cardiac arrest
  6. Congenital long QT with family history of sudden cardiac death at young age.
